WELCOME TO THE HICKSVILLE EXPERIENCE

At Hicksville Smokehouse, we welcome both bookings and walk-ins.

Bookings are recommended if you want to secure a table, particularly during busy periods, weekends and special occasions. Simply book through our online booking system and choose your preferred date and time.

No booking? No worries! Walk-ins are always welcome and we’ll do our best to find you a table. Please note that walk-in seating is subject to availability.

Booking Information

WEATHER PERMITTING

Hicksville is an outdoor venue, and all bookings are subject to suitable weather conditions.

Bookings will generally continue in light rain. As we do not have an indoor dining area, we are unable to move your table indoors if it rains.

In the event of heavy rain, extreme or unsafe weather conditions, Hicksville may need to cancel bookings or temporarily close the venue for the safety of our guests and team. If your booking is affected, we will contact you as soon as possible.

GROUP BOOKINGS

We accept online group bookings for up to 16 guests.

All group bookings of 10 or more guests require a $25 per person credit card pre-authorisation (dinner only). This will only be charged in the event of cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows, or significant reductions in guest numbers without notice.

Credit card details can be provided via secure link.

FUNCTIONS

Planning a celebration, corporate event or special occasion? Hicksville is available for private events and group functions, with options to suit a range of occasions and group sizes.

Our events team can help you plan the details, including food and beverage packages, spaces and any special requirements.

FULLY LICENSED

Hicksville is a fully licensed venue, BYO alcohol is not permitted.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

A 15% surcharge applies on public holidays.

BOOKING INFORMATION

SEATING TIMES

Seating times are limited to 2 hours, unless otherwise stated.
If you’re planning a longer dining experience, we recommend booking a table after 7:30pm.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

If you have any special requirements – including accessibility needs or a pet-friendly table – please let us know at the time of booking, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

GROUP BOOKINGS

SPECIAL OCCASIONS

Celebrating something special? You’re welcome to bring your own cake. A cakeage fee of $5 per person applies (capped at $40 per cake).

This includes cake storage, plates, spoons, napkins, and, if you wish, our team can cut and serve the cake to your guests.

Alternatively, indulge in one of our delicious desserts and let us make the occasion even more memorable by adding candles or sparklers.
